• We first designed this dish for baking an 8 or 21 oz. wheel of brie cheese. But we quickly loved using it for hot spinach and queso dips, for French onion soup, for chilis, stews, and chowders, and as a small all-purpose casserole dish. Its handles and smooth-footed base make using it in the oven and microwave easy.

This dish is oven and microwave safe but is NOT designed for stovetop or open burner use.

Glazes: Spearmint with Cobalt Detail; Variegated Blue

Size: Small: 5-3/4” diameter (6-1/2” w/handles) x 2-1/4” high with a 2 cup capacity. Holds 8 oz. wheel of brie.

Large: 7-3/4” diameter (8-34” w/handles) x 2-1/4” high with a 3 cup capacity. Holds 21 oz. wheel of brie (Costco brie).

Every piece of our pottery is handmade and is "one of a kind." All our clays and glazes are non-toxic and lead-free. Each piece has our studio mark stamped on the bottom.
