A bake-and-serve dish can be a workhorse in any kitchen. This 2 quart baker is the perfect size for a 4-6 person casserole, a hearty side dish, or a deep dish dessert like a bread pudding. It is pretty enough to serve a a fruit bowl on your table when not in use in your oven. A recipe for Vermont cheddar-baked scalloped potatoes is included.
