What is your shipping policy?

We usually ship via USPS since they often have the most favorable rates. However, in some cases we may use FedEx or UPS. We charge a flat rate of $9.00 plus $4 per item or set ordered, and we will package all items that are ordered together unless the order is so large as to need two boxes. We reuse recycled packing materials when possible to reduce waste.

Our goal is for your pottery to arrive in perfect condition. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance. If an item is damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the box and its contents, save all shipping materials, and call us right away so we can initiate a claim with the shipper.

We will accept returns on undamaged, unused items within 30 days. If you wish to return something, please contact us first, repackage it in its original shipping materials, and send it—-postage prepaid with tracking and insurance—-back to us. We will refund the original purchase price of the pottery minus the shipping charge. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges in both directions on returns or exchanges. We do not offer free return shipping on exchanges.

We do not offer gift wrapping, but we will be happy to enclose a gift card or message from you to the recipient.
