Ikebana is the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging. This simple, elegant, and graceful vase lets you create beautiful arrangements for any room in your house. It is especially lovely as a centerpiece on a tabletop, as you can arrange your flowers symmetrically and low enough to see over while dining. The attached stainless steel pin frog holds flowers upright and in place. and helps to extend their life by piercing the stems. You only need a few flowers, leaves, or branches—-collect whatever you find outside your door or along your walks and make a beautiful arrangement for your table or counter.

Glaze: Shiny blue ripple. This surface looks like sunlight glinting on rippling water. These arrangements are spring daffodils and summer double orange daylilies.
